Requirements to be host family

Children

Have at least one child under the age of 18

Language

German must be the main language spoken in the household.

Remuneration & Board

Provide the Au Pair with a private room, full board, health insurance, pocket money, subsidy for the language course,transportation within Germany.

Filiation

Must not be related to the Au Pair or share their nationality.

Work

The Au Pair’s duties must primarily focus on childcare and related light household chores.

You'll gain reliable support at home to enhance your daily routine.

Our Process:

Once your registration (free of charge) is complete, we will welcome you via email and schedule an initial video call.
From there, we will present the candidate profiles that best fit your family. We will forward your information to the candidates you pre-select. Once both parties confirm mutual interest, we will proceed to coordinate a personal interview.
When you decide to formalize the commitment and sign the contract, a payment of 50€ (Deposit for 'Selection Management') must be made. Upon confirmation of payment, we will immediately begin the document management to start the candidate's visa process.
Once the visa approval is confirmed, the payment for 'Placement Management' (450€) is processed.
We will be by your side every step of the way! Once the Au Pair arrives at your home, we will conduct personalized follow-ups during the first 6 months of the stay to ensure a harmonious and successful integration into your family.

Full Service

This service includes comprehensive guidance throughout the entire process and the Au Pair's stay, ensuring continuous support for both the host family and the participant.

The package includes:

Initial information and individual consultation via video call.
Management and preparation of documentation.
Insurance support.
Basic administrative and legal advice.
12-month support.
Personalized follow-up during the first 6 months of the stay to ensure a successful integration.
Re-Match at no additional cost.
Comprehensive support for both parties.

This package has been designed to offer peace of mind, security, and real support throughout the Au Pair program. From the first contact until the end of the stay, you will have a team that guides, supports, and orients you at every stage, minimizing risks and facilitating the experience.

Second Chance

This service is designed for families who require the quick incorporation of an Au-pair who is already in Germany and wishes to change host families, facilitating a secure, legal, and efficient relocation process.
